Review rules
When leads count as reviewed, and for how long.
Settings → Dashboard Preferences → Review Status Settings.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Auto-Mark as Reviewed | On: a lead is marked reviewed when you click Amazon or Source, add a tag, or save a note. Off: only when you click the review circle. |
| Marked Reviewed Expiration | Never, or 1 to 12 months. Older reviews are removed and the lead comes back as unreviewed. Cleanup runs once a night. |
A short expiration, like two months, brings passed leads back for a second look after prices move.
