Either you have no leads yet, or your filters hide them all. Click Reset first. If it is still empty, import a list.

Click the reload arrows next to Dashboard. Also check the Lists and Date filters, or open the ASIN.so Defaults view.

It is gated, from an avoided supplier, or from an avoided brand, and grey-out is on in the Brands or Suppliers filter. Turn grey-out off to see it normally, or hide those leads entirely.

ASIN.so subtracts your own flat and per-pound fees. Hover the profit for the full breakdown, and hover sell price to see whether it came from the Buy Box, Low New, or your imported price.

The date chip on each card shows the last Keepa refresh. The goal is every ASIN within about four days. Click the chip to open Keepa.

Your search has more than 3,000 unique ASINs. Add a filter to bring it under 3,000.

Views never save the search box, on purpose, so a leftover search cannot hide your leads next time.

Export downloads every lead in your current search. Set your filters first, then export. Cycling a card changes only the lead displayed on that card; it does not replace the original filtered record in the CSV.

The carousel compares all available leads for the same ASIN, including alternatives outside your filters. Amber identifies one of those alternatives; violet identifies an alternative that still matches. Hover the number badge for an explanation. Your original filtered lead is always 1/N, with neutral controls.

The card's individual actions use the displayed lead. Its selection checkbox, bulk actions and CSV export use the original filtered lead. See Lead card anatomy before reviewing or deleting an alternative.

Keepa has no data for that ASIN, which usually means the listing is gone or dog-paged. These are rechecked monthly in case a listing comes back.

Usually not. Click View Errors. If every error is a missing ASIN, those were blank rows, titles or notes in the provider's file, and every real lead came in. Which errors matter.

The header row is wrong. Set it to the row where the column names are, often 2 to 5 in provider files.

Check Assumed year. It is used when a date has no year, which happens with tab names like "10/14". Re-import after fixing it.

Duplicates are skipped when the ASIN, source and date match a lead you already have. Rows without a valid ASIN are skipped too. Preview Import shows the counts before you import.

Delete the saved sync and import the sheet again through Add Leads with the new mapping.

No. Keepa fills them in. Only ASIN is required.

It fills in as Keepa refreshes each ASIN. My Lists shows Keepa: Fully Refreshed when every ASIN has been refreshed.

Scroll to Archived Lists at the bottom of My Lists and restore it. Archived lists are deleted for good after 30 days.

One list per lead source works best. Then the Lists filter, list badges and import history all line up with where each lead came from.

Those come from your Bought records. Tag them instead, for example Mismatch, and exclude that tag in your filters.

No. It operates on matching leads in your active personal lists, keeps the newest record in each group, and leaves the list containers in place. Program leads, Bought records and archived lists are excluded. When duplicates span several lists, only the newest record's list retains that lead. Review the cleanup choices.

Yes. Choose the newest nonempty note or combine distinct notes in time order, separately for Lead Notes and User Notes. Inspect the resulting texts in the preview before confirming. Tags and other non-note fields come only from the newest surviving lead.

It starts with your complete available library, then includes ASINs using its Manual marks and Auto marks switches. A manual unit mark includes all ASINs for that brand; automatic marks include only ASINs with Approval required. Counts and estimates use that included set, counting each ASIN once and using the newest record with cost greater than $0.01. Dashboard filters do not narrow it. Its average profit includes losses, while Estimated Profit adds only positive profits. Read the column definitions.

Click Open Dashboard, let the library finish loading, then return to My Lists. The table waits for complete authorized data rather than showing an unfinished ranking.

Sign in to your own US Seller Central in the same Chrome browser, then run the check again.

Recheck that single ASIN from the Gate Check panel. If you had marked the brand gated by hand, click Remove Gate on the card.

No. The extension checks Amazon's own pages while you are signed in. Nothing connects to your Seller Central API.

It depends on library size. Leave an ASIN.so tab open; the Auto Gate Checker keeps going in the background every 15 minutes.

Some units are not in a final status yet: Listed, Shipped to FBA, Damaged or Canceled. Move them and the row turns green.

ASIN, quantity and cost are all required. Fill those in and it appears.

Mark them Canceled instead. You keep a record of which suppliers cancel, and canceled amounts are already left out of net spend.

Totals shows cashback as its own number. It is not subtracted from spend.

Set the Status filter to Stale >30d.

Open the Sheets gear → Recent runs, or Settings → Import/Export. Open the import run to see rows that were not imported and their reasons. Download them, fix the cells, and import that file.

It was still in your sheet. A row without an ID, or with the ID of a deleted purchase, imports as new. Delete the row in the sheet too.

Yes. Rows are matched by ASIN.so ID, not by their position.

A Mirror always matches ASIN.so. Make the change in ASIN.so instead. Your own extra columns are kept when the Mirror has the ASIN.so ID column.

Put the number of cancelled units in the Cancelled column. Lowering the quantity doesn't cancel.

A row without an ID that matches a purchase on ASIN, date, supplier and cost is a duplicate. Order # is checked only when the row has one. If your file has two identical purchases and ASIN.so has one, one is added.

Click the extension icon. It opens ASIN.so once to pick up your login.

Capture starts on the Amazon listing. Start there, choose a list, then go to the supplier page.

No. They are a starting point. Change the profit and ROI minimums, dates and tags to match how you buy, then save your own version.

Nowhere. Marking a lead reviewed only hides it from views that show unreviewed leads. If you set a review expiration, it comes back later.
