Import history and errors

Read the history table and fix what matters.

Every list page has an Import History: each file or sync run, when it ran, rows imported out of rows read, and an error count.

StatusMeaning
CompletedEvery row imported.
Completed with errorsMost rows imported; some were not. Click View Errors to see which and why.
ProcessingStill running in the background. You can leave the page.

Which errors to ignore

  • Missing ASIN: blank rows, section titles, totals or notes at the bottom of a provider's sheet. Nothing is lost. Safe to ignore.
  • Invalid ASIN: a typo or a cell with extra text. Fix it in the file if you want that lead.
  • Bad date or number: usually the wrong header row, or a column mapped to the wrong field. Re-import with the right mapping.

Note: The download icon next to a file gets you back exactly what was imported. View Errors has its own download, useful when you contact support.
