Column mapping reference
Which fields to map, and which Keepa fills in.

| Source URL | Recommended | The supplier name comes from this. Several URLs in one cell, each on its own line, make a bundle. |
| Source site | Optional | Use when the sheet has a supplier name column. Otherwise it comes from the Source URL. |
| Cost | Recommended | Needed for profit and ROI. |
| Lead date | Recommended | Shown as the publish date on cards. Used by date filters and duplicate checks. |
| Coupon code, cashback | Optional | Shown on the card. Coupons copy with one click. |
| Notes, Note 2, Note 3 | Optional | Joined into one provider note. |
| Tags | Optional | Applied to the imported leads. |
| Category | Optional | Kept when Keepa has no verified category. Shown with a Keepa icon. |
| Sell price, net profit, ROI | Optional | Stored as the "was" values. Live numbers come from Keepa. Shown with a Keepa icon. |
| Product title | Optional | Keepa's title is shown when it has one. Shown with a Keepa icon. |
| Brand, image, BSR | Not in the mapper | Always filled by Keepa. |
