Daily sync for sheets that keep growing
Import a sheet once, get new rows every day.
Some providers send one sheet for the week or month and add a tab each day. Some VAs drop finds into a sheet from SellerAmp or RevSeller. Sync pulls the new rows in for you.
- Import the sheet with Save this sheet and mapping for one-click sync turned on.
- A Saved Google Sheet sync card appears on the list page, showing the sheet, tabs, header row and last sync.
- Turn on Run daily and pick a time (Eastern). Choose a time after your provider usually posts.
- Or click Sync now whenever you like.
Tip: Synced imports always skip duplicates, so each run only adds new rows.
Note: Tabs with no ASIN column are skipped, so a notes tab doesn't stop the sync.
Note: A sheet picked from your Google account syncs through your connected Google account. If the sender stops sharing it, the sync card tells you.
Changing a sync
To use a different sheet or mapping, click Delete saved sync, then import the new sheet through Add Leads with sync turned on. For a provider that sends a new sheet every week, do this once a week.
