Upload a CSV, step by step
From file to leads on your dashboard.
- Open the list, click Add Leads → CSV Upload. Not sure about columns? Click Download Template.
- Drop in your file or click to choose it. If the file closely matches a saved preset, ASIN.so picks that preset for you.
- Header row. Some providers put a logo or notes above the column names. Set the row number where the names are, for example 5. All columns appear once it is right.
- Map columns. For each column in your file, choose the ASIN.so field. A check mark means the field is mapped. A greyed-out field is already used by another column. Fields with a Keepa icon are filled by Keepa, so mapping them is optional.
- Notes. Map up to three note columns, such as UPC, the provider's note and your own. ASIN.so joins them into one note on the card.
- Supplier. Skip it. ASIN.so reads the supplier from the source URL.
- Save a preset named after the provider. Next time, pick it and every column maps itself.
- Leave Do not import duplicates on, then click Preview Import. It shows how many rows will import, how many will be skipped, and why.
- Click Import. Large files process in the background, so you can leave the page. The result appears in the list's Import History.
Note: Leads show cost right away. Profit and ROI fill in as Keepa refreshes each ASIN. My Lists shows Keepa: Fully Refreshed once every ASIN has been refreshed at least once.
