Import from a Google Sheet

Paste a link instead of downloading a file.

  1. In Google Sheets, click Share and set access to Anyone with the link, Viewer. Or skip this and use My Google account in step 2.
  2. Add Leads → Google Sheet URL. Paste up to 50 links, one per box, then Load Sheets. Or choose My Google account → Choose spreadsheets to pick sheets shared with your Google account.
  3. Pick a Google Sheet preset if you have one. These are separate from CSV presets.
  4. Header row: same as CSV. Columns appear once it is right.
  5. Tabs: all, a tab's number or name, a range like 0-3, or a list like 0,2,4. Tabs with no ASIN column are skipped and listed.
  6. Lead date: take it from a date column, the tab name, the sheet name, or today's date.
  7. Assumed year: used when a date has no year, like a tab called "10/14". Double-check it around New Year.
  8. Optional: turn on Save this sheet and mapping for one-click sync. How sync works.
  9. Preview Import, then Import.

Note: My Google account works for sheets shared only with you. Connect Google once; ASIN.so only opens the sheets you pick.
