Import a lead list

Keep all of your leads and lists in one place. ASIN.so refreshes prices, BSR, and more for you, so all of your leads are easy to filter and sort based on current data.

  1. Go to My Lists → New List. Name it, perhaps after the source, and set a color/icon theme if you want.
  2. Open the list and click Add Leads.
  3. Pick CSV Upload for a file, or Google Sheet URL for a Google Sheet. A sheet shared as Anyone with the link works as is. For a private sheet, choose My Google account → Choose spreadsheets.
  4. If the column names are not on row 1, set the header row.
  5. Map your columns. Only ASIN is required.
  6. Save the mapping as a preset so the next file from this provider can be quickly recalled.
  7. Click Preview Import, check the sample, then Import.

Heads up: Rows without an ASIN, such as blanks and headers, are simply skipped. The import still shows Completed, with a note like "12 skipped (no ASIN)". You only see Completed with errors when some rows have a real problem, and it tells you how many need a look. Read more.

Tip: Sheet keeps growing? Turn on daily sync and new rows come in on their own. See Daily sync for sheets that keep growing.
