Set up Bought Data

Set these once. They show up as choices every time you log a purchase, so an order takes seconds.

  1. Open Settings → Bought Data.
  2. MSKU Generation Template: optional. It fills in the MSKU on each new order, for example %asin-%date-%counter. Click Save MSKU Settings. Leave it blank to type MSKUs yourself.
  3. Cashback Sites: the built-in sites are on. Turn off any you don't use. Add others under Your custom sites, then click Save Custom Sites.
  4. Payment Methods: add a nickname for each card or account, like "Chase Freedom" or "PayPal". Click Save Payment Methods.
  5. Delivery Locations: add where your orders ship, like Home, Prep Center or 3PL. Click Save Delivery Locations.

Note: Each box has its own Save button. Saved Sheets and Recent runs are in Settings → Import/Export. Manage export presets and choose your default in Export selection or Export all → Export mapping…, or while setting up a saved export. See Saved Google Sheets.
