Save a view
A saved view remembers every filter, the sort, the leads per page, and Tile View or Column View. Build one per job, like "Fresh Leads", "Aged Leads", or "Replenishments", and later instantly recall that task. Easily switch between saved views.
Start with a view for fresh leads:
| Filter | Set it to |
|---|---|
| Lists | Choose the lists you currently add to or subscribe to |
| Date | Rolling, 0 to 2 months |
| Suppliers | Hide avoided suppliers, missing supplier and missing URL |
| Brands | Turn off auto-marked Approval Required and Restricted, and manually marked Avoided. |
| Review Status | Unreviewed |
| Profitability | Your minimums, for example ROI 20% and profit $2 |
| Duplicates | Hide Dupes |
| Tags | Hide tags Intel IP Alert and No Keepa |
- Set the filters above.
- Open Views → Save New and name it after the job, for example "Fresh Unreviewed Leads".
- Change filters as you work. To snap back, open the view again.
Note: Views save everything except the search box, so a forgotten search term never hides your leads next week.
Learn more: To learn more about saved views, go to Saved views. To learn more about filters, go to Every dashboard filter, explained. To learn more about settings for reviews, tags, gates, and avoided brands and suppliers, go to Settings.
