Every dashboard filter, explained
What each filter does, every option inside it, and when to use it.
The filter bar sits above your leads. Filters stack: each one narrows what the others already show. A small blue dot on a button means that filter is set, and Reset shows how many are set. Click it to clear them all.
Note: Everything in the filter bar is saved when you save a view. Saved views.
Lists
Choose which lists to include. Each list has its own switch, and All Lists turns them all on or off. The button shows how many are on, for example "2 of 18 Lists".
- Previously Purchased holds leads from your Bought records.
- To Buy holds leads you saved to buy later.
- Below those are your own lists.
Date
Filter by the lead's publish date.
- Presets: All Time, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, Last 12 Months.
- Rolling 3–6 Months, or type your own rolling window, like 2 to 8 months. A rolling window moves forward every day, so a saved view always shows leads of the same age.
- The calendar icon next to the button picks exact dates.
Categories
A switch for every Amazon category, plus two special ones:
- Missing Category: Keepa has no category for the ASIN.
- Non-Standard: the list gave a category, but Keepa could not verify one. Both often point to dead or dog-paged listings.
Suppliers
Click All Suppliers to search for one store, or pick Missing Supplier. The storefront icon next to it holds these switches:
| Switch | Turn it off to |
|---|---|
| Show Missing Supplier URL | Hide leads with no source link |
| Show Missing Supplier | Hide leads with no supplier name |
| Show Avoided Suppliers | Hide every store you marked avoided |
| Gray-out avoided suppliers | Show avoided stores in normal color instead of grey |
Brands
Click All Brands to search for one brand, or pick Missing Brand or Generic. The shield icon next to it controls gated brands, in two groups:
| Group | Switches |
|---|---|
| Auto marked gated | Ungated, Approval Required, Restricted, Auto Check Error, Not Checked, and Gray-out Gated ASINs. These come from your gate checks. |
| Manually marked gated | 10 Units, 100+ Units, Restricted, Avoided, Not Marked Gated, and Gray-out Marked Brands. These are brands you marked yourself. |
Each group has Hide All. Most people turn off Approval Required and Restricted, and leave Not Checked on so new leads are not hidden before they are checked.
Review Status
- All, Unreviewed or Reviewed.
- Time filter: all reviews, or only reviews older or newer than a number of months. "Reviewed, older than 3 months" finds leads worth a second look.
- Green-out reviewed shades reviewed cards green. Turn it off for normal colors.
Tags
- Click a tag to cycle it: off, then include, then exclude (red).
- Include match: Any shows leads with at least one included tag. All shows leads with every included tag.
- System tags: Meltable, Intel IP Alert and No Keepa. Your own tags are listed below them.
Profitability
Minimum and maximum for ROI (%), Net Profit ($), Margin (%), Cost ($) and Sell Price ($). Leave a box empty for no limit.
More
Minimum and maximum for Monthly Sold, Current Top %, 90D Top %, Current BSR, 90D BSR and Seller Count. Top % compares rank to the whole category, so "90D Top % max 1" means the top 1% of its category over 90 days.
Replen
- Off, Replens Only (ASINs you bought before) or Hide Replens.
- Bought in last: how far back a purchase counts, such as 12 months.
- Match Source: only count it if you bought from the same store.
- Include To Buy: count To Buy items as purchases too.
This filter matches by ASIN on any list. To show or hide the Bought and To Buy lists themselves, use the Lists filter.
Trends Beta
Compare today's Keepa numbers with an average over 30, 90 or 180 days.
- Profit: Improved or Worsened. Back in Profit finds leads that were losing money on average but are profitable now.
- BSR rank: Improved or Worsened.
- Seller count: Decreased or Increased.
Duplicates
The icon with two arrows. Choose Off, Dupes Only or Hide Dupes. Match fields decide what counts as a duplicate besides the ASIN: Source Site, Source URL and Cost. With Hide Dupes, the most recent lead is the one you see, which usually has the current cost.
This filter changes which records appear in your results; it does not delete them. In Tile View, the carousel can still show other available leads for the same ASIN. An amber button and count mean that alternative is outside the current filters. Cycling does not change the filter count, selection or exported records. To permanently remove matching personal duplicates, use Clean Up Duplicates on My Lists.
Tip: Clicking a brand or supplier on a lead card adds it to that filter without clearing your other filters.
