Select and bulk actions

Review, tag or delete many leads at once.

  1. Click Select. A checkbox appears on every card and a selection bar opens above the leads.
  2. Tick single cards, tick Page for every lead on this page, or tick All for every lead in your search.
  3. Choose an action: Mark Reviewed, Tag/Untag or Delete Selected.
  4. Clear unticks everything and closes the bar.

Heads up: All means every lead that matches your filters, not just the ones on screen. Check the count in the bar before you delete.

If you have cycled a card to another lead for its ASIN, its checkbox still selects the original filtered lead. Bulk review, tag and delete actions use that original selection. The alternative's own card buttons act on the displayed lead instead. Return to 1/N before checking a card if you want to inspect exactly which record its checkbox selects. CSV export also stays with the original filtered results.
