Run a gate check
Stop seeing leads you cannot sell. The extension checks each ASIN against your own Seller Central account, and the dashboard can hide everything that needs approval or doesn't accept approval.
- In the same Chrome browser, sign in to your own US Seller Central account.
- Go to My Lists → Gate Check, or Settings → Extension → Gate Check.
- Click the blue button. It checks new ASINs and any that have logged errors. Large libraries take a while, so leave the tab open during your first run.
- Optional: turn on Auto Gate Checker in Settings → Extension. ASINs then get checked every 15 minutes while an ASIN.so tab is open.
- To hide the gated leads, in the dashboard filters, open the Brands shield menu (the shield next to the Brands filter) and turn off Approval Required and Restricted.
Note: If a check fails, go to Settings → Extension → Run test. It tells you what is wrong, for example, that Seller Central is signed out.
Tip: Always attempt to auto-ungate ASINs that are marked as Approval Required. You can do this by attempting to Add to Catalog. You can use ASIN.so Search Shortcuts on a lead card to do this quickly.
