Gated Brand Opportunities

Compare manual unit requirements and ASINs needing approval, using estimates from the ASINs you include.

Open My Lists → Brand Opportunities. This table shows one row per qualifying brand from the complete lead library your account can currently access. Dashboard filters do not limit it. The marking switches in this dialog decide which ASINs count and contribute to estimates. Opening the table uses the same authorized data as Dashboard instead of downloading a separate library. The ? help icon beside the title opens this article in the standard Learn panel; Open in Learn → opens the full page.

Choose manual marks, automatic marks, or both

On first use, Manual marks is off and Auto marks is on. You can turn either switch on or off independently. Your last choices are remembered for your account in this browser, including when both switches are off:

SwitchWhich ASINs it includes
Manual marksAll available ASINs for brands you manually marked with a unit requirement, such as 10 or 100 units. All supported unit requirements are treated together; there are no separate unit-mark filters.
Auto marksOnly ASINs whose automatic gate result is Approval required. Other ASINs for that brand do not count or contribute to estimates through this switch.

A manual Restricted or Avoided mark does not qualify a brand through Manual marks. Automatic Ungated, Restricted / Not accepting applications, unknown, error and missing results do not qualify an ASIN through Auto marks.

When both switches are on, their included ASINs are combined without double counting. A qualifying manual unit mark includes the whole brand even if some ASINs have other automatic results. Turn Manual marks off to limit that brand to its Approval required ASINs. With both switches off, the table is empty. This screen has no option to show all ungated brands.

Search by brand name and click any column heading to sort; click again to reverse the order. The initial order puts brands with the highest Estimated Profit first; brands without a usable estimate appear last. The text under a brand tells you whether a manual mark includes all its ASINs or how many included ASINs need approval.

Click a brand name to open Dashboard with its filters and search reset and that brand selected. This uses the same default Dashboard view as View Leads; it does not carry the dialog's marking switches into Dashboard. Brand unavailable opens Dashboard's missing-brand filter.

This is a way to choose what to research, not a promise of approval. Mark a brand gated or avoided to maintain your own rules, and run a gate check to update ASIN-level results.

How one ASIN is counted

Each included ASIN is counted once across the available library, even if it appears in several lists. Estimates use the newest lead with a cost greater than $0.01 for that ASIN. A newer record with no usable cost does not displace an older one that has one. If no record has a usable cost, the included ASIN still counts toward its brand, but it does not contribute to financial estimates. An included ASIN with no available brand name appears under Brand unavailable.

For example: your library has ten Funko ASINs, but only three say Approval required. With Auto marks on and Manual marks off, the Funko row counts those three and calculates profit and ROI only from those three. The ungated and restricted ASINs are excluded. If Funko has a manual unit-requirement mark and you turn Manual marks on, all ten are included instead. Enabling both switches never counts one ASIN twice.

Read the financial columns

Units per ASIN starts at 5 and accepts whole numbers from 1 to 99. Changing it scales Estimated Profit; it does not change the per-unit average profit or average ROI.

ColumnHow to read it
ASINsUnique ASINs included by the marking switches for that brand, including ones without usable cost or financial data.
Average Profit / UnitThe equal-weight average across included ASINs with usable profit data, including losses. The smaller priced count shows how many included ASINs contributed.
Estimated ProfitAdds only positive per-unit profits from included ASINs, then multiplies by Units per ASIN, like the Dashboard's green profit pill. Losses do not subtract from this total. The smaller count shows how many included ASINs are profitable.
Average ROIThe equal-weight average of usable ROI values from included ASINs, including losses. The calculated count shows how many contributed.

Estimates use your applicable analytics fee settings, falling back to your Dashboard fee settings when analytics uses that setting. Missing prices, required fees or required weights are not filled with zero to make a lead look profitable. Where no sell price is available, existing imported profit or ROI can be used by the same calculation as Dashboard. A dash means no usable estimate; a known zero is shown as zero. Unknown estimates sort after known values in either direction.

These figures are estimates, not a sales forecast or a guarantee of stock, demand or approval. Check the underlying lead and your actual costs before buying. If financial estimates are not shared with your account, the financial columns and unit selector are hidden; Brand and ASIN counts remain available, and the initial order uses ASIN count descending.

If the table is still loading

The table waits for complete, authorized Dashboard data so that a partially loaded library does not appear to be a finished ranking. If loading is deferred until Dashboard is open, or a request fails, click Open Dashboard. Let your library finish loading there, then return to My Lists and reopen Brand Opportunities. This also provides recovery when the local library has not been loaded yet.

If the table is ready but empty, check that at least one marking switch is on and clear your search. Your account must have a matching manual unit mark or an ASIN with an Approval required result. Update your marks or run a gate check if needed. A search with no qualifying matches is different from data that is still loading.
