Run, recheck and auto-check
Check new ASINs, force a recheck, or let it run itself.
Open My Lists → Gate Check, or Settings → Extension → Gate Check. The panel shows your library status: how many leads and unique ASINs are checked, and counts for ungated, approval, restricted, unknown and errors.
| Button | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Start Gate Check | The usual choice. Checks what needs checking: new ASINs and past errors. |
| Recheck unknowns & errors | A run was interrupted or Seller Central was signed out. |
| Check only new ASINs | You just imported a list. |
| Recheck all ASINs | You were approved for brands and want everything checked again. |
| Recheck specific ASINs | Paste ASINs, upload a CSV, or choose a brand, for example after a bulk ungate. |
Recheck a brand
Open Recheck specific ASINs → Brands and pick a brand from the searchable dropdown. Search works like Dashboard's brand filter: it ignores case and accents while you search, and selecting a result keeps that brand's name intact. The choices and ASINs come from Keepa brand data in your available library; an imported brand name alone does not qualify.
The dialog shows the number of unique ASINs selected. Click Recheck to have your extension check them through your signed-in Seller Central session, including ASINs with a recent result of any status. ASINs repeated across lists are checked once. The existing scan still verifies access to each ASIN before starting. If the complete library has not loaded, open Dashboard, let it finish loading, then return to the dialog.
Auto Gate Checker
Turn it on in Settings → Extension. It runs the scan every 15 minutes in the background while any logged-in ASIN.so tab is open. The same page shows live progress and the last run.
Troubleshooting box
At the bottom of the panel, type one ASIN to preview the result it would get and see its Add to Catalog link, or wipe stale gate tags for that ASIN on your leads.
