Add a VA or team member

Give helpers their own login.

  • Team members come with the Pro Teams plan: seven users in total: one owner plus six team members.
  1. Go to Settings → Team. The first time, type a Team Name and click Create Team.
  2. Click Invite Team Member above the team table.
  3. Enter their Email Address and click Send Invitation. Their row shows Invited until they join. Active members and unexpired invitations use the six member slots; the owner does not use a slot.
  4. They open the email and join with their own login. They use your plan.
  • To cancel an invitation, click the X next to Invited.
  • Remove a member with the trash icon next to their name.
