Permissions, feature by feature
Decide what each person can see and change.
Settings → Team. Permissions are set per member.
List Permissions
For each of your lists, choose whether each member can see it and whether they can edit it.
Feature Sharing
None hides it, View is read-only, Edit can add and remove. For Reviews and Notes, Own gives the member their own separate reviews or notes.
