Import and export columns
What each column means, and how quantity, statuses, shipments and refunds import.
Export and import use the same column names, so a file you export imports straight back with no changes.
- ASIN.so ID: keep it in your sheet. It is how a row finds its purchase.
- Columns ASIN.so works out itself are skipped on import: Stage, Ordered, attachments_count, refund totals, created_at and updated_at.
Quantity and statuses
- quantity_purchased is units ordered, cancelled ones included.
- Raising it adds units to Ordered. Lowering it takes units out of Ordered.
- The status columns (Shipped, Received, Damaged, Listed, Shipped to FBA, Cancelled) are how many units are in that status now, like the Status tab. Ordered is whatever is left, so it is export only.
- To cancel units, set Cancelled. Changing the quantity never cancels anything.
- The statuses can't add up to more than the quantity. If they do, that row's quantity and status numbers are not applied; the rest of the row is.
- A quantity of 0 is not imported. To cancel everything, set Cancelled to the full quantity, or delete the order.
- A blank cell keeps ASIN.so's number.
Shipments and refunds
- One value per line inside a cell (Alt+Enter, or Option+Enter on Mac). Line 1 of every shipment column is shipment 1.
- Tracking numbers can also be separated by commas.
- Shipments are matched by tracking number. A new number adds a shipment. Import never deletes one.
- Refunds: one refund per line across refund_dates, refund_reasons, refund_amounts, refund_qtys and refund_notes. Each needs a date, an amount and a reason: damaged, wrong item, overage, price adjustment or other. A blank qty counts as 1. Import only adds new refunds.
Dates and other values
- Dates are US style: 10/11/2026, 10/11/26, 10-11-2026, 2026-10-11 or Oct 11, 2026. Day-first dates like 30/1/2026 are not imported.
- Platform: FBA or FBM, in any capitals.
- Cashback type: percent or fixed. $, dollar and flat also mean fixed.
- Supplier: several can go in one cell, separated by commas. walmart and walmart.com count as the same.
- Source URL: a cell that is a link imports the link, not the text shown.
