Send purchases to your buy sheet or prep center
Export to a file, the clipboard or a Google Sheet, in your sheet's column order.
- Once: on Bought or To Buy, open Export selection or Export all → Export mapping…. Drag columns into the same order as your sheet, switch off ones you do not use, and add blank columns where your sheet has columns ASIN.so does not fill. Save a named preset and set it as your default. CSV and clipboard exports use this default; To Buy skips Bought-only columns without removing them from the preset.
- On Bought or To Buy, filter to the rows you want, or tick them with Select.
- Open Export selection (checked rows if any, otherwise all rows matching your filters) or Export all (the whole tab, ignoring filters), and choose:
| Choice | What you get |
|---|---|
| CSV | A file, for InventoryLab, ScanPower or your bookkeeper. |
| Clipboard with headers / without headers | Paste into any sheet. Without headers pastes straight into the first empty row. |
| Export mapping… | Choose, save and manage export presets, and set the default for CSV, clipboard and new saved-sheet setups. |
| Set up a saved sheet… | Create another saved destination and choose its columns. Automatic daily runs are optional. |
| Export to [sheet] | Sends exactly the selected, filtered or all rows chosen by the menu, including previously sent rows. The server finishes sending even if you close the browser. This one-time export does not count toward Append sync history. |
Tip: Selecting a preset copies its columns into the mapping you are editing. Existing saved sheets keep their own mappings: changing a preset or the default does not change them. To send new purchases every day without lifting a finger, set up an Append sheet with Run daily. See Saved Google Sheets.
