Track units: statuses and colors
Move units from Ordered to Amazon.
Every unit in an order has a status. Expand an order, open the Status tab, enter how many units, pick the new status and click Move.
| Status | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Ordered | You placed the order. |
| Shipped | The supplier shipped it. |
| Received | It arrived at you or your prep center. |
| Listed | Listed for sale, for example FBM. Final. |
| Shipped to FBA | Sent in to Amazon. Final. |
| Damaged | Arrived unsellable. Final. |
| Canceled | The supplier canceled. Final. |
- An order row stays yellow until every unit is in a final status, then turns green.
- Keep canceled orders instead of deleting them. Later you can see which suppliers cancel on you.
- Canceled and refunded amounts come out of net spend but stay in gross spend.
