From To Buy to Amazon

The full life of a purchase.

  1. While sourcing, save finds to To Buy from a lead card or the extension.
  2. When you place the order, open the item, fill in quantity, cost, order ID and payment, and save it as Bought. Paste the invoice into Attachments.
  3. When it ships, move the units to Shipped. Add tracking if you like.
  4. When it arrives, move them to Received. Damaged units go to Damaged; log a refund if you get one.
  5. When you send them in, move them to Shipped to FBA, or Listed for FBM. The order turns green.
  6. At the end of the week, check Totals against your goals.
