Hide gated ASINs and bulk-ungate

Spend time only on what you can sell.

  1. Run a full gate check from My Lists → Gate Check (or Settings → Extension → Gate Check), and turn on the Auto Gate Checker.
  2. In your views, hide Approval Required and Restricted in the Brands shield menu.
  3. Every few weeks, export the gated ASINs and run them through a bulk-ungate tool.
  4. Recheck those ASINs and filter again. Step-by-step.

Tip: Always attempt to auto-ungate ASINs that are marked as Approval Required. You can do this by attempting to Add to Catalog. You can use ASIN.so Search Shortcuts on a lead card to do this quickly.
