Keep your prep center sheet up to date

Automatic

1. Settings → Import/Export → Sheets → Set up a sheet under Bought → Send new purchases to a sheet. Pick the prep center's spreadsheet and tab.
2. Put the columns in the same order as their sheet, with blank columns where ASIN.so has nothing to fill. Set a start date so older purchases aren't sent. Turn on Run daily.
3. Append Sync requires an ASIN.so ID column. To get Received, Damaged and tracking numbers back, set up an Import on the same tab using that ID column. If the destination cannot accept IDs, use a one-time export and update Received in ASIN.so yourself.

By hand

1. Once: on Bought, open Export selection → Export mapping…, match the columns to your prep center's sheet, save a preset and set it as your default.
2. Each week: on Bought, filter the date to everything since your last update.
3. Export selection → Clipboard without headers, and paste into the first empty row.
4. While in the sheet, double-click any ASIN and right-click for your ASIN.so Search Shortcuts.
