Revisit aged leads

Find leads that recovered after everyone moved on.

Prices on lead lists often drop as other sellers pile in, then recover once they sell through. Coming back three to six months later catches the recovery when nobody else is looking.

The view

Copy your fresh leads view, change Date to Rolling 3–6 months, include most of your lists, and save it as "Aged leads".

  • Keep Unreviewed on, so each lead is looked at once per review period.
  • Six months is a sensible limit. Older leads are more likely to have new costs or dead sources.
  • Be stricter here than with fresh leads: check the 90-day chart for a price that held steady.

Note: If a VA helps, have them alternate between this view and replenishments so the work does not get tedious.
