Review fresh leads every day
Work only new, buyable leads and clear the queue.
This is the core loop. Build it once as a saved view, then open it each day.
The view
| Filter | Setting |
|---|---|
| Lists | The lists you get new leads from now |
| Date | Rolling 0 to 2 months |
| Suppliers | Hide avoided, missing supplier and missing URL |
| Brands | Turn off auto-marked Approval Required and Restricted, and manually marked Avoided |
| Review Status | Unreviewed |
| Tags | Exclude Intel IP Alert and No Keepa, plus your own like Mismatch or Dead Source |
| Profitability | Your minimums |
| Duplicates | Hide Dupes. The newest copy shows, which usually has the current cost. |
Working the queue
- Lots of leads? Sort by ROI, high to low.
- Open Both opens Amazon and the source together. Middle-click opens them in background tabs.
- Buying it: click the cart button to save it to To Buy or create the order.
- Passing: click the review circle. The card leaves the view.
- Never want to see it again: tag it Mismatch, Generic or Dead Source so your filters hide it for good.
Tip: Checking stock for ten leads from one store? The page buttons above the leads open every Amazon page, source page, or both, at once.
If you set a review expiration, passed leads come back later for a second look.
