Work with a VA

Hand off review work and keep control.

Set up

  • Add your VA on a Pro Teams plan and set Saved Views to View, so they only use views you built.
  • Give them Reviews and Tags on Edit. Turn off Export Leads and To Buy & Bought export.
  • Show them the review circle, tags, and the cart button for saving to To Buy.

Every day

  1. The VA works your Replenishments and Aged leads views, marking each lead reviewed and saving good ones to To Buy.
  2. Leads they find on their own go into a Google Sheet from SellerAmp or RevSeller, synced into a list each morning.
  3. You open one view that shows To Buy plus that list, review everything in one place, and buy.

Note: Reviewed counts show you how many leads your VA gets through each day.
